Embrace Joy Through Flow
Part I
August 4 - September 27, 2026
Tuesdays & Thursdays: 6 PM - 7 PM ET
Biweekly Sundays: 5 PM - 6 PM ET
(8/16, 8/30, 9/13, 9/27)
This latter part of summer, join us for the 8-week Tai Chi journey (with 20 sessions in total) designed to help you move with awareness, ease, and energy. Rooted in the flowing energy of Qi (気) and the gentle, pleasant sensations cultivated through mindful movement, this class invites you to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and savor the joy of moving with intention.
What you will learn
In Part I of this series, we meet twice or three times a week to learn the first half of Tai Chi 24 Form. Each week introduces a new foundational movement that deepens your presence, balance, and internal awareness. By the end of the program, you’ll be able to practice these movements or selected ones on your own — carrying with you the calm, vitality, and joy that emerge from regular practice.
This class is for you if you…
- Are new to Tai Chi and want to build a strong foundation
- Have some experience and want to deepen or refine your practice
- Enjoy learning in a small, consistent evening group
- Are seeking a supportive space to slow down, move mindfully, and cultivate inner balance
Whether you’re just beginning or returning to Tai Chi, this class offers a warm space to learn, reflect, and grow together.
This class may not be the right fit if…
- Your main intention is to progress rapidly through the movements. Our pace is intentionally steady and mindful, giving space for presence and ease.
